Terms of Use
Last updated: July 23, 2026
1. Agreement
“Andon: Builds for Xcode Cloud” (“Andon”, “the app”) is published by Adrien Humilière (“we”, see the legal notice). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. The app is distributed through the Apple App Store; Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to your license of the app, and these terms apply in addition to it.
2. What Andon is
Andon is a client for Apple’s Xcode Cloud service, built on the App Store Connect API. It lets you view builds, act on workflows, and manage TestFlight distribution for the teams your App Store Connect API key can access. Andon is a professional tool intended for Apple developers.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must hold a valid Apple Developer account and comply with Apple’s terms, including the Apple Developer Program License Agreement and the App Store Connect API usage terms.
- The App Store Connect API key you provide must be one you are authorized to use. Actions performed in Andon (starting or canceling builds, distributing betas, editing test notes) are executed against your team’s real data, under your authority and responsibility.
- You are responsible for choosing an API key role appropriate to what you want the app — and anyone with access to your device — to be able to do.
4. Apple services
Andon depends entirely on Apple’s App Store Connect API and Xcode Cloud. We do not control these services: their availability, rate limits, and the scope of what the API exposes may change at any time, which can limit or break app features. Andon is an independent application; it is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
5. Purchase
Andon is a paid app sold through the App Store as a one-time purchase. Payment, refunds, and billing are handled exclusively by Apple under Apple’s Media Services terms; we have no access to your payment information.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design, and this website are © Adrien Humilière. Apple, Xcode, Xcode Cloud, TestFlight, and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. In particular, build notifications are best-effort (see the FAQ) and displayed data reflects the last successful refresh, not necessarily real time. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app — including missed notifications, delayed build information, or actions taken on your CI/CD through the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, nor the statutory rights you hold as a consumer.
8. Changes
We may update these terms when the app materially changes. The current version is always published on this page, with the date above. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
